Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! We have been patiently waiting for our comms contract to expire, this is because once having signed up you're in for the duration of the contract (36 months), so if you wish to cancel beforehand, as you may have found a cheaper alternative then you have to pay up per line for the total of the contract still outstanding. As our contract was ending next month they have been constantly phoning offering us renewal terms of fixing the same price, until we raised it with them on the last phone call did they confirm that the contract would be for another 36 months, meanwhile we have a cheaper offer from another provider and a rolling monthly contract fixed for 12 months which in todays business climate makes a lot more sense.
