worst customer service I have ever had…
Probably the worst customer service I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. No opening meter reading taken, first bill over estimated by 1,000 pound. meter reading sent in by me and told we will get it sorted on your next bill cycle and refund it. Instead are now charging us another £800. Cant get through on phone because of high call volumes "no surprise there" no response via email to acknowledge they have even received it. I feel like cancelling our direct debt and letting them take us to court for breach of contract. I should not have to spend hours trying to sort out and issue they have created for our business! Looks like ofcom need to be looking into some of their poor practise and extortionate estimates.
