Here we go again with these crooks. Unicom complaints team rang me offering a FIVE PERCENT discount on the cancellation charges they hit me with for leaving ON THE EXACT DATE they told me my contract expired. I said no to this pathetic offer. Next day I got another call (they noticed my direct debit was cancelled) offering to remove the cancellation charge. They only did this because I spent the time chasing them and played hardball with them like they do to all of us. BEWARE these guys is my advice. AVOID.
