Shouldn’t have renewed my contract.

Still waiting on a response to a complaint from October 1st in regards to being overcharged when renewal price was agreed to over the phone. Have called countless times and I’m assured it’s rectified but the bill remains the same. Just what you want when small businesses are already struggling. Been with them several years now and they’ve truly gone downhill.
