Using Storyworth has been a very frustrating experience. The only input that is easily added is what you type. The addition of pictures is done inconsistently, especially if you add them later. If you try to add scanned input the result is also inconsistent.
The finished product preview often did not contain what what was shown on the development page. It would have helped if a phone number for support was given.
I would not recommend Storyworth.

I should add that Storyworth was a gift from my children. So I did not have the subscriber information which included a phone number to call. However, the phone number is not included anywhere on the pages that you work with. I guess one has to go back to the original email from Storyworth every time one wants to access the phone number. This does not change my rating nor my recommendation.
