Laughable and infuriating incompetence

This company is so incompetent that it's hard to even put in to words. Since October I have had to call them over 20 times, wasting hours of my life I will never get back. Every time the person on the phone has no idea what's going on. Five engineers have come out to supposedly fix the problem, each time messaging me to say it is fixed only for it not to be. The last time this happened was on Saturday, when I was told at 8am the fault was fixed but if it wasn't to get in touch within 48 hours or they will consider it resolved. Well, they weren't even open for the next 48 hours. Now, the same issue has happened again. I have received the same message, and the offices are closed until Monday. What a complete and utter joke. I have never dealt with a worse company. They literally do not care that they are wasting my time while failing to provide the service I am paying for. I will be ending my contract with them as soon as possible. Avoid at all costs. Choose a local company who will actually take you seriously and care about your business.

Edit to response: I received a call in response to my review above where I explained the issue to an agent yet again before he tried to add me to the queue to speak to an engineer. I have spoken to countless "engineers" over the months, each time meticulously explaining the problem to them to no avail. To call me up and then try to put me in the hold queue for another team is ridiculous. Instead, I asked for a call back from an engineer, and this has still not happened. I have probably spent over 20 hours on the phone to these people and have achieved literally nothing. They haven't tried to fix the problem or appease us in any way. How about you just assign an individual to a case until it is fixed? Why do I have to speak to every single member of your team and still get absolutely nowhere? There has been no offer of compensation, no appeasement of any kind, just a continual failure to deliver the contracted service.
