I've held off writing a bad review about these guys as the customer service is very good, relatable, friendly ect but on too many occasions I have left the call and there has been further issues with my DD!
I am a small retail store, no central heating, I run a couple of oil radiators now and again and high speed broadband as standard. I have also been closed due to lockdown, like many of us!
Last month they took £650 + out of our bank account, I made an indemnity, they called the next day, I made a payment based on average bills, It was confirmed I had given an up to date reading a few days previously, and promised the next payment would be correct.
This month they have taken over £750 !
My business is surviving on loans and Grants, THIS IS NOT OK!
I'm sure I will get the generic "we're sorry, please get in touch" but why should I waste my time over and over again trying to sort this out!?
I'm really not happy!
