Neglectful

The support department is awful. The one month subscription renovates automatically. When contacted to cancel,after charging another month, they didn't return the money. I thought,well, my fault not reading the contract in detail. Then... After canceling they tried to charge me another month! Solved through PayPal, don't wish to have contact with this people again!
....
A few hours after this post, VPN asked for my ID so they could consult my client history. A nd they decided to return the month for the 2nd month.
My conclusion is that trustpilot is very helpful. About VPN, they were neglectful with me, to say the least. The refund at this point,doesn't make up to all the time dispensed and bad feeling created.
