Arrogant Aggressive Behaviour.
We all want business and try gaining it through good customer service or just down to earth human curtesy.
Not here! After my contract was nearing its completion I contacted Clear Business to see if I can get any good deals as I was nearing the end of my contract only to be told that I had another year to go, I kindly reminded them that this wasn’t the case and after much back and forth what seemed a simple switch was getting a little aggressive with the sales push with the customer service representative who at this point also very condescending.
But towards the end with all the paper work on the table I was reminded that “this is not how I should talk to my customers” funny.. I was under the impression I was the customer and no I don’t talk to my customers with hard aggressive sales. And as first suggested and then you too came to the conclusion that indeed my contract was nearing its completion date which you had in your data base. But unfortunately this love affair has to come to an end.
I will strongly recommend Clear Business to advise its representatives to stop with this aggressive hard sale behaviour as I for one will not be doing business with you again.
