Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Usually i pay £28 p/m.
My water meter was changed and bill came £240. Phoned kinex. Asked why, they said i had to email meter readings and bill will come recalculated.
Didn't happen! I was charged £240.
Phoned again! They apologise and asked me to phone my bank and return the money. I did. Money returned. After a week i was charged the same amount again!!!
ALSO i cannot log into mu customer zone to supply with meter hireadings.
Disappointed.
