John Miller is an exceptional instructor. Knowledgeable, kind hearted, and charismatic. Absolutely one of the best instructors I have ever had in my twenty some odd years working. The class is excellent, literally learning something new every hour. My eyes have been opened to what Agile and Scrum are supposed to be and how I have not implemented well in the past. This course should be mandatory for everyone working in a project space!
