Very cunning company

Very cunning company, customer service seems good and their agent persuaded me to signed up with their broadband (which I found out later it was just talk talk) , price was reasonable at first , but after two years they automatically renewed the contract without me knowing and not only that, I found that their price had kept increasing, now I am paying 41 pounds per month for a slow speed broadband (1.7Mbps as of Ofcom speed test), and with this very high price, they don't even give you a router, you must buy your own !
after I found out what I was paying, I called them and they argued that it was in the agreement that they can increase the price any time without notice.
so I tried to switch to a much faster fibre broadband provider with half the price, then their staff call me threatening me with a charge of 250 pounds for terminating their service before contract end.
there was no mention of they can automatically renew contract and certainly not about any termination fees when I first signed up, they hide the devil in the small print !
