Appalling Company

Appalling Company, when the contract ran out on the company phone they wpould not accept that we were moving, they could not stop us but put every obstacle in the way and at one point took over the line so we could only ring out to them. Bullying and aggressive behavoir all the way through avoid witnh along stick

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues.
I have reviewed the account and would like to confirm that we are not blocking the transfer of the number and can see that we have already advised that there is a delay with number porting and your new provider can raise this issue with the number portability team to correct the issue.
With regards to the calls being directed to ourselves, this was actioned correctly in line with company process.
