Forget the friendly Sales Team, focus on the After Sales

The intial interaction with Clear Business appeared so good that from my initial query about water, I ended up with electricity and internet services. I wrote a glowing report on Trust Pilot and the sales team had been so helpful. They were certainly quick enough to send that email link through!
There was an issue with the price match on internet services and I am still awaiting a) a supervisor call back regarding it and b) the refund on the set up charges and first 3 months which were being given due to poor communication. That was September, this is January.
My premises has 2 electricity meters. It was rewired prior to me taking tenancy and only one of the meters has wires going into it. Despite me discussing this with Clear Business, again in September and agreeing to pay for it to be removed completely, I'm still paying a daily fee for it, along with VAT and unless I submit a meter reading for it to say that it hasn't changed, they charge me £135 for the pleasure.
The bills do not give any indication as to what meter readings they are guessing nor exactly what the charges are. I still can't fathom why I am being charged 2 separate water bills 0% vat and 20%vat despite only having one water meter.
Attempting to get anyone to contact you is a nightmare and they just keep quoting Covid. I was also charged the paper bill for the first 2 statements despite only being email. This is the only thing they have actually now changed on my bill. Didn't refund it mind you!
Shocking company to deal with.
