If I could give LESS THEN 1 STAR I…

If I could give LESS THEN 1 STAR I would.
Ever since we changed contracts from O2 to Kinex All we have had is trouble.
We were promised they would be cheaper but we are being charged 15% higher prices. Also we are missing out on business due to them cancelling a diversion line, without our knowledge, which is still not sorted out to this day.
We have made numerous attempts to contact them to rectify the issue, but we are not getting any solution to our problems. E mails and telephone messages are not being dealt with.

Good Morning,

Thank you for confirming that information, we are sorry to hear you have been experiencing these issues. I have looked into this for you, it was reviewed after being notified by you that a certain call package should of been applied. A member of our Management team had listened into to the call for prices and agreements, member of staff called a day later to advise on the outcome of the call. In regards to call diversion we have spoken to our technical team this morning and they have confirmed that both lines are on customer control divert, this is activated at the customer end and I will contact you to go through this to ensure you have the correct information for triggering the divert.
