Kinex signed me up as a Broadband and…

Kinex signed me up as a Broadband and Landline customer (3 year Contract ??), offering faster internet etc. Sadly the service I received was awful. Intermittent problems on many occasions. I often had to ask for resolution of the intermittent faults as it was affecting the reliability of my internet connection, and was costing me business as I could not get connected to my customers. After 2 and half years of faithfully paying expensive fees for a poor service, I decided to move as my business was being affected. Kinex have been in touch and have demanded cancellation fees to get out of the last couple of months of the contract, whilst providing a poor service. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN SELECTING THEM AS A SUPPLIER. In my opinion they are not well priced, offer a poor service, and try and get every last penny out of you, whilst not admitting any fault. Kinex seem to prioritise - Money 1st, Customer 2nd. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY TREATMENT.
