Choosing the wrong solicitor has a huge impact on the smooth sailing of your purchase, not to mention your stress levels. Which I quickly learned after a catalogue of errors caused my purchase with another well known conveyancing firm to fall through.

Kainaat swooped in like a conveyancing angel and handled everything seamlessly. She was super friendly, clearly experienced and communicated thoroughly throughout the process.

Educating me on all of the things my previous solicitors hadn't bothered to mention, Kainaat, Sarah and Aurora were efficient, professional and took the time out of their already crammed schedules, to guide me through what needed to be done.
