Criminals who hide behind internet…
These people hide behind the internet and hold their customers hostage with automation. They are criminals in bed with the government agencies. They keep overcharging for everything, and make sure that they ALWAYS leave behind tiny bits of money you cannot do anything with. If you do any business with this company, you are aiding the very people who are causing the issues in the world. You have been warned. They treat their customers like cattle.
EDIT: CEX.io are buying reviews. How do I know? Look at all the single star reviews raving about the company. I know all about reviews having been an author for many years. This company is so bad it has bought reviews from really cheap sources and it's backfired on them.
Replying to CEX.io: It's a pity you tried to get this review taken down, and even worse that you treated me like a criminal. Further, if you block people from contacting you, do not be surprised at the backlash.
