Criminal or incompetent?

I still don't know whether Clear Business are criminal or just incompetent. I have wasted six weeks of my life, making sure these clowns cannot get near my bank account or credit card details. I have reported them to Ofcom for "slamming", where they somehow changed my BT account, without my permission. I was without a landline for two weeks. When I make a payment to them, my bank issues a severe "Scam" warning that I may lose my money, and that is my fault. I know that questions have been asked in the House of Commons about their business practices. I would not touch them with a barge pole.
