We recently worked with Wayne to create a recruitment video for our Trust, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The video seamlessly combined video footage, still images, and stunning drone shots, creating a professional and engaging final product. Wayne’s approach made our staff feel at ease throughout the process, and his professionalism with our pupils really stood out. He was incredibly responsive and delivered the video quickly, ensuring that we were happy with every step of the editing process. I was having trouble with voicemail and contacted customer service. first thing was in a matter of seconds I was talking to a real person named Shanti. other carriers I put on a request and 24 hours later. but not with redoocket. Shanti went out of her way to take care of the issue I was having and also made me smile. who knew that contacting customer care would turn out to be such an enjoyable and bright spot in my day. if you are wondering if you should switch to red pocket I would say DO IT! you will not regret it!

Great for customers looking for tradesman but beware checkatrade dont really check the tradesman so cowboys still exist on their site with their madd up reviews, they are only interested in making money out of us tradesman by charging us monthly fees. Charging money for leads that sometimes are just a customer would like a quote is not a lead and it doesn't make me money. Cancelling my subscription right now.

This is the 4th time, and probably last time I've gotten a pack from this site. I keep getting invalid codes that have been used already despite me not hitting the max amount for that code (either that or they're lying about how many you can get). When they work it's a good deal, otherwise you're stuck with store credit and have to figure out what else you can get that may or may not work.

Excellent service from Saurav and Naseeb when delivering my sofa. Received a 3 hour timed slot for the day after I had placed the order. At the beginning of the delivery slot I received a text to say they would be with me in 50 minutes and they were! Very polite and courteous and went about their business quietly and efficiently and were gone in a few minutes. Very impressed

I am giving a 1 star but I want to give 0 stars. I didn’t choose for a monthly subscription. I just wanted to register once. It wasnt clear that this is a subscription model. They charged me next month also and haven’t replied to my mail when I complained. They should not be charging my card without my permission. This is a very scammy website.

Thanks to Annaise Perdigao for helping to resolve a problem with my tenants. In spite of the fact that it had clearly been stated in the tenancy agreement signed by all parties, the tenants contested check out cleaning and laundry charges. Thanks to Annaise’s persistence the matter was finally resolved.
