so here we go again.

so here we go again.
last week a bill for £411.80 and a letter from. a dept collecting company called uk search.
due to unicom stressing my wife out i agreed to pay £100 a month to pay it off even though i know we dont owe that much.
we have now got another bill for over £700 ffs what the hell is going on with this company.
we are now taking things further we cant let unicom / unicon get away with ripping us off anymore 😞😞

We are sorry to hear that to have not been happy with the service provided.
I can see that you spoke with our escalations team back in July to discuss a complaint and a resolution was reached. The account is with a third party due to the outstanding invoices on the account.
As the services are still live with ourselves we will continue to invoice for these accordingly and should you wish to dispute anything further this can be raised through the third party whom will raise the issue with ourselves.
I have raised this with our internal team who will be in contact to discuss further.
