MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED WITHIN 2 HOURS BY THE NEW CEO

I moved into my new business at the end of March 2020 and got stuck with these fools because I couldnt contact my usual supplier because of Covid. Basically they tried to charge me 1300.00 for water and electricity. I have been to the Ombudsman agreed a resolution and they are still trying to rip us off. I have never had to deal with such incompetence in 20 years of being in business. Im afraid we are now looking at taking legal action against them. As a footnote to this review I would like to thank the new CEO of Clear Business and hope with him at the helm of the business and he steers it in the right direction. One phone call was all it took tp resolve the issue.

I can confirm after liaising with both our legal and customer resolutions team, you have been sent a communication on 18/01/2021 detailing the outcome from the ombudsman, break down of charges as well as credits. They have confirmed the the account balance is considered to be entirely valid and payable and to contact our credit control department at the earliest opportunity.
