Do not register with this company Clear…

Do not register with this company Clear Business, they are overcharging, they keep taking higher and higher amounts from your bank account, they don't allow you to switch to another provider and if you manage to get someone on the phone after being on hold indefinitely, they will lie to you to make you stay with them, after which they will again charge you amounts much higher than agreed. I started with them in 2018 and after just a few months the direct debit kept on getting higher, from £40 to even above £100. My shop premise is very small, with a tiny toilet and a sink, so no reason for the inflated amounts. I called them and could not get through. Eventually, I got through to an adviser, I asked to end the contract, he said I could only end the contract when one year is up, I asked him what was the deadline to call back and end the contract, he said 25 AUG 2020. I called before 25 AUG 2020, but could not get through to anybody. I started switching to another provider, but then this potential provider said they were prevented from switching me by CLEAR BUSINESS. I called CLEAR BUSINESS again, I could not get through, so I wrote a complaint via their website. I was called by someone who said he was a manager, his name was Mason, who assured me that they will only charge me £40 and persuaded me not to switch to another provider. Not even one week later, I received a bill for £70 !!! They also charged me £10 extra because I don't have a direct debit with them !!! How can I trust them with a direct debit since they keep charging me amounts we did not agree. I called to complain, eventually I got through and they said they cannot change the invoice. I asked to see the contract, they refused. Actually, ever since I started with the company I have been asking for the contract, but they refuse to send it to me. I actually think they don't even have a contract and charge people according to their whim, increasing the amount just to fill their large pockets. I do not want to continue with this company, I am filing a complaint with SPSO (Scottish public service ombudsman) DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Good you admit on trustpilot that you are so eager and keen to apply additional charges, the very reason I wrote the negative review. Proceed to cancel my contract immediately and confirm you did so. (Reminder: this company NEVER sent me the contract, I never signed anything with them).
