Kinex Have NO interest in their customers

Having written 2 reviews I at last receved a phone call yesterday. I presumed that this was to try and resolve matters. No it was simply to reiterate that the money STOLEN from me would be credited back to my account with them. NO it was not being repaid and nor was it being done this month. I have to spend yet more of my time to get them to repatriate my stolen cash. I wonder how long that will take? Not even an apology. Apparently nothing else was possible! What a shower this lot are!

Please be aware that these people are sharks. They certainly appear to me to have no interest in me as a customer. I am a money tree to be plundered at every opportunity. This episode will have cost me around about £1000 in interest on the money stolen; the opportunity cost of not having that money available; calls through other providers when they stopped my line from making outgoing calls; (for which I am paying Kinex a monthly fee but for which they will not refund one penny); my time say 4 hours of wasted time talking to them. All in all It'll have cost me around £1000. What are Kinex doing about it? NADA.

I can only advise folk of my experience with this company. You must make up your own minds.

Karen has replied on behalf of Kinex. I'll await her call. In order not to waste more time she needs to come up with a proper package which is fair and sensible way to both parties to resolve this. I will expect her to give me her FULL name and her position in the company. I will expect the money to BE REPAID. I will expect a package of some kind iof compensation. Ideally a considerable donation to a charity of my choice
