Kind**t!!!

If there was an option of a negative score... It would be that!!!
Was promised switch over, retaining original number, in 2 weeks... 2 weeks went and passed... New supplier is waiting... I am losing business due to the incompetence and broken promises by kinex... Should be renamed 'kins**t'!!!

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues.
If there is an open order to transfer the services any issue must be raised by the gaining provider as the order has been placed by them.
I have reviewed the account and can see that the transfer orders placed have hit a delay several times.
Please be aware that this is not due to any action on our part,and as this transfer was placed by another provider the responsibility lies with them to chase this up with Openreach.
