Was promised a phone call with update…

Was promised a phone call with update tracking number from customer service. Guess what no phone call back in same position as I was months ago. Company is a JOKE worse customer service ever. Thank god contact finishes soon

We are sorry to hear that you have still not received your router.
I have fully reviewed the issue and believe I have identified the issue as to why the router is being sent to the incorrect address.
I have requested a new router be sent to the correct address asap and I will be in contact with you today to advise further.
