I dont normally complain on social media platforms about businesses but Kinex has really got to me this time and if I can keep one person away from this company then I will be happy. I have been with them for a few years with my 3 businesses and without going into detail there customer service is shocking, once you sign the contract that is all they care about. Now that I am finally leaving them I get a bill today for £10 plus vat for not paying a bill by direct debit when I do not have a bill, this sums them up, be warned
