Clear Business have been harassing my…

Clear Business have been harassing my family and I for 4 months, demanding payment for phone services that we don't use and have never used. The previous owners of our home had a second phone line for the business they ran from home, with Clear Business. We do not use this line and have never used it, we have phone and broadband supplied through another provider. I have explained this to Clear Business multiple times on the phone and via email but despite assuring me they would close the account down, they continue to contact us and threaten debt collection. Disgusting behaviour.

EDIT: Kris, you will find full details including property address if you review the emails I sent to Clear Business (service@ email address) on 19 Feb at 13.12 and 3 March at 14.53 from the email address I've supplied in response to your private message. I don't want anyone to get in touch with me, I have spoken to you enough times and got nowhere - just close the account (which is not OUR account, it was the previous homeowner's account) and stop contacting us, you will have all the information you need on the emails and call recordings.
