Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I had a broadband contract with them which suddenly got cut off. I called them to discuss what had happened and long story short they tried to blame me for cancelling and tried to charge me a cancellation fee even though I didn’t ask for it to be cancelled!!

I spent over 2.5hrs on the phone to them on Saturday and the issue was still barely resolved! I tried to make a complaint and they didn’t know how to handle complaints and they couldn’t tell me how to make a complaint.

I entered a new broadband contract with them and then 1 day later decided I don’t want to go ahead with it so I’ve called 4 times to cancel and they can’t put me through to anyone to cancel my contract!!!!

I’ve been told they’ll call be back but I haven’t herd anything and am getting sick of trying to call them. I will of course persevere until I get an answer but to say I’m disgusted is an understatement.
