Avoid at all costs. If I could score zero stars I would!

Been with the company for electricity and water for a very painful 3 year contract. Horrific to deal with. No matter how many times I called them to resolve issues it’s always the same story. Some of the staff are blatantly rude. The nice ones are full of false promises. They say they will update notes, raise your complain, personally deal with your query but they never do. I’ve honestly lost track of the number of phone calls I’ve made over the last three years. If you owe them even £5 they will hound you daily by text, email and phone call. When they owe you money they go very very quite. Owning a business is stressful enough don’t let this gang add to it!
