DISHONEST AND a SHAMBLES

This organistion is DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. They are not in my view fit and proper persons to to operate a direct debit scheme. My case as I see it: I requested that Kinex supply me with a fibre broadband connection.The cable had been installed but not connected . I asked them numerous times over a year. They were unable or unwillling to to this. I then talked on the phone to a Mr Daniel Harper who I was told was a senoir manager. We agreed that the broad band and one of my 2 numbers would be transferred to BT and that there would be NO financial penalty for doing this as they had not been able to supply the service. This was agreed and followed up with an email exchange in early December. In janauary i received a bill to find that not only had they not honoured their committment not to charge a penalty but that they had also charged for the broadband servcice. The penalty was a completely abritrary amout of £200. I then rang and complained. The person on the phone agreed that the £200 should not have been deducted but refused to pay it back for 3 months. Quite why I have not idea. I then received a letter from a Mr Christopher Hamlin saying that the investigatiuon into the taking of the £200 from my DD was complete and the £200 had been correctly collected. I complained again but this time could hardly get past the security questions which are to Kinex more important than gerttting on with honest trading. I then receives a 2nd letter from a Miss Lisa Harrison saying that yet more money was outstanding for a bill which I have never received. Has it ever been issured? Patent nonsense. I have emailed them since,twice but with no result. They have stopped my phoneline working for out going calls without saying any thing. IF SOMONE NEEDS THIS LINE IN AN EMERGENCY THEN i WILL HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES. I would strongly ugre anyone with a DD with Kinex to cancel it ASAP. This would be called theft in any other walk of life. Possibly demanding money with menaces. The left hand does not knbow what the right hand is doing. This company is a shambles.

I have reviewed the account and can see this had been discussed and a resolution offered with our high level disputes team.
The credit was raised for the termination fee charged and was advised this should appear on the March invoice.
