Stay away, scammers and a terrible service

They sign you up saying they can beat the price of your internet and phone provider but forget to tell you that 12 months later the good price will end and you will be paying double the money which is more expensive than the previous provider and with still the same terrible service. Our internet is rubbish and customers can’t hear us on the phone half the time.Total scammers, do yourself a favour and steer clear.

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues.
With regards to the half price promotional period this is advised clearly at the top of the paper contract that it is for the first 12 months and if the agreement was a verbal agreement this would have been stated as part of the terms and conditions.
If you feel that this was not correctly advised this can be reviewed further to ensure that you were correctly notified of pricing.
Whilst we always aim to offer a fault free service there are occasions where faults can arise in this instance this should be reported to our technical support team who will look to rectify any issues asap.

I would like to look further into the issues you have identified to ensure these are all picked up , however i have been unable to locate your account based on the information provided.
