do not entertain these people no…

do not entertain these people no communication at all take money out of your bank whenever they want to tell you they will get back to you and never do, I put a complaint in in July for them taking money out of my bank and charging me alot more for my electricity than the offer they gave me I really wish I hadn't gone with these I would rather pay more with another company than have the hassle I have had with these,

We are sorry to hear you have experienced these issues. I have reviewed your account and great detail, we can see that you obtained the property through the change of ownership process. A new occupant letter was sent out to you on 01/07/2020 highlighting we supply the property and to get in touch to discuss the rates, we obtained the first actual reading from you on 20/07/2020 as well as discussing your prices for electric going forward. Our credit control team assisted on two occasions regarding amending the direct debit in July 2020 and Aug 2020, a detailed response from a supervisor was sent over to you in October providing a full explanation and confirming resolution.

I am keen to have chat with you further about this, your readings appear to be fairly up-to-date now and remember to submit one before the last working day of each month to ensure your bills remain accurate.
