Stay away

Stay away - the worst experience ever.Been with Unicom for several years - not by choice but once your signed up theres no way out.
They take inflated payments for estimated bills without justification, harass with telesales and are extremely unhelpful and unreasonable. Feels like being bullied and blackmailed.Wish we had never started business with them. Still trying to resolve unreasonable bills almost 3 years later. No loyalty to their customers whatsoever.
