Horrible!

Terrible at solving issues when things go wrong!! Which is the ultimate test of a provider, any company can take payments on time but not all can keep their service levels maintained as promised. Better companies out there providing much better service!

We've had a broadband/internet issue leading to a disruption to our card processing & paypoint transactions aswell as back office at one of our stores. It has been 6 days and counting and we have yet to get a visit by the engineers, got off an hour phone call with clear business and have been told that it'll be another 3 days till we possibly get an engineer sent out! The worst part is that they can't guarantee anything! It could be even longer.

We've lost over £15k in sales and have another 3 days to suffer until the engineers turn up (if they do). I'd like to see how they would react if they were to lose the same amount of revenue loss!

We are sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service you have received from us. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a fault free service though we do aim to try and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
As per the engineer we use 3rd party engineers therefore need to follow their timescales. We do understand the importance of getting your service up and running as quickly as possible therefore I have sent you a private message requesting further information regarding your account.
