Don't know how anyone can give a good…

Don't know how anyone can give a good review I've had loads of problems different reps phone to say they will send me a dual band router then another phones and say they don't just send them out till on june so I can switch companies it's a shame other engineers say it's a router problem and for the sake of a £30 or 40 it would be nice to rule that out and if its not then you can have it back spent many hours talking to your company going over and the same things

I am sorry to her you have not been happy with the broadband service.
In regards to the dual band router these are only sent out if we believe they will resolve the issue. Different things can interfere with a dual band which can result in it not being as effective, I can see looking at your account we did call to discuss this with you and you did not want to continue with further checks.
