The most disgusting company I have ever…

The most disgusting company I have ever dealt with, wifi doesn't work and hasn't worked for 3 months. They ignore your calls and when they do pick up they tell you to just restart your wifi instead of fixing the problem when they do pick up they ask for more money for things such as"upgrading your wifi to make it work" but if I'm already paying monthly, shouldn't the wifi work in the first place?
