When we realized that the product wasn’t going to work for my loved one, Laura responded with compassion and care to help me brainstorm ways we might be able to make it more accessible for him. I am so used to receiving generic copy-and-paste replies from customer service representatives that it brought tears to my eyes to have such a thoughtful and genuine interaction with Laura.
