RATE ZERO IF I COULD
AS I read the experiences of other dissatisfied customers I only wish I'd read these prior to being conned by a sales rep. He assured me my phone and broadband would be cheaper than BT, it wasn't and so I returned to BT. This has been ongoing for months and I feel it will continue for the foreseeable. This company does not deserve to trade! They don't reply to emails, they don't ring back when thy say they will, yet they continue to send extortionate termination fee bills. The current economic situation for small businesses such as mine is extremely difficult. There are weeks when we are running at a loss.
Do CB care? NO!
Are they willing to take my situation into consideration? NO!
Am I a person, struggling or just a bill payer? GUESS?!
I will be taking this further........
I could go on and on and on, but I'm wasting all my energies on this company.
