Poor customer service
So I paid for a lifetime subscription for multiple users and it worked fine for about 12 months then it just stopped working. Customer support has been worse tha useless. Initially you get the standard replies to try and fix it but when it's something more technical they just stop responding. I'm guessing they will hope you purchase another subscription which I won't do on principal.
