If zero stars were an option I would…

If zero stars were an option I would have selected it. Your service and business integrity is appalling. Despite fake reassurance that you would refund over collection of monthly payments nothing has changed. You've had every chance to redeem yourself but you failed. I am terminating my contract with you as from today. May you keep your word to other customers.

Good Afternoon Ms Tighe,

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service received.
I have looked into the account and can see that as discussed previously all credits for overcharge have been approved and should have appeared on November invoice.
It appears that due to a system error no invoice was generated for November and as a result no charges or credits have been generated.
I believe this will rectify on december invoice and you should see all agreed credits alongside charges for both November and December.
Please be aware that all reassurances from myself and any advisor spoken to after I arranged the correction of the issue was genuine and correct and at this point we would have been unable to anticipate the invoice not being generated.
I have raised a callback on your account and will be in contact in due course to discuss further.
