Worst experience

All of a sudden, they stopped responding to emails.

They stopped invoicing to the Agency and hence I can not get paid now since June 2023 salary. I have to start looking for another Umbrella Company so that I can get paid.

Then today they sent P45 without any notice or reasons and lying that I requested them.

Over the phone after making multiple calls, they said that they have stopped trading as Umbrella Company but they are very careful not to respond to any emails so that there is no record.

Why on earth, you leave candidate in such a dire situation if you are not interested in serving as Umbrella Company? You could have given some notice to them to find some alternative.

Absolutely pathetic experience.

Not sure if there are some serious issues in the background with the company?

Also pension contribution from the deductions do not match with what is contributed to the pension provider.

Stay away from this company at any cost.
