This company is so exploitative
This company is so exploitative! A prime example of the poverty premium! Plenty of products work out at twice their RRP. They're preying on vulnerable people on low incomes. There can't be many worse companies in the world than BrightHouse.

As a company, we take time to understand our individual customer circumstances and needs, before we agree to give you a product on agreement. We will check income, identity and affordability. We take the time to ensure our customers understand their obligations and to make sure that their repayments are affordable and that they wont be left short of money.
When the agreement is made, we will show the customer exactly what their repayments will be. There are other high street lenders out there that have a much higher APR than BrightHouse. And If your situation changes, you’re not tied down. Return the product or change the product at any time with no penalties.
