UK nationals excluded

Registration process is impossible for UK nationals as there is no option in the drop-down list of nationalities. Tried contacting them via their website, no response. Sent message on Facebook, told to e-mail their support address. Finally got response from this: "This is a pure business management decision not to register new customers from the UK for a while."

As stated in my e-mail, I am resident in France and so have euros to invest. Just because I am a UK national doesn't mean that I only have pounds to invest and shouldn't preclude me from registering on your site. Besides, there are many UK residents who invest in euro loans on other platforms. As you of all people should know, converting pounds into euros and back again can be done very cheaply nowadays.

First of all, we apologize that currently, we do not provide services for the UK market. There are strategic reasons behind it:

• We see a vast potential for our growth in continental Europe, and more specifically in the Euro Area, because of the fast-growing market. We have a number of loans in EUR, and it is the main currency for our clients from the Euro Area.

• In contrast, currently, we do not have any partners among the UK lending companies. It is not possible to make investments in GBP, making it less appealing for the UK investors to work with the available loans.

Because of the above-mentioned reasons, we prefer to direct our resources to continental Europe but in the future, we are planning to expand in the UK too.

Finally, thank you for your interest in our company and when we enter the UK market, we will inform all of our newsletter subscribers and social media followers about it.
