Tried to by a Nebra miner over a year ago, aware of the expected delivery queues, however, for 3 times such date was delayed. Not wanting to keep waiting, proceeded with the cancellation and a refund request, this was now over a month and half and still no refund received. This should only take 14 working days, they told the refund still pending, however, I’m starting to feel I never will see my money back.
