I have been taking Ingenious collagen for about 4 years and although I started for vanity reasons, I’ve realised the health benefits as well. I’ve noticed less joint pain, less general inflammation and pain, better elasticity all over, even my eyesight seems to improve whilst taking these. I’ve started taking the Active supplements as well and this just seems to boost the benefits. I’ve even started my husband on the ultimate collagen.
