Highly recommend taking this product …started taking 6 months ago and I can honestly say it’s made a difference to my skin, hair and I also suffered a lot of aches and pains (going through the menopause) since taking no knee pain or achy joints and can actually bend down coupled with exercise this has help tremendously. It’s made such a difference for me and will deffo be continuing to take.
