I needed disposable plates and knives and found Little Cherry exceptionally helpful to the point of sending me samples of knives to test for strength. I ordered the wheat plates, which are durable and attractive, nicer than white and black compostable knives which, while not as pretty as the birch or bamboo, are strong enough to cut with.
