Please don't tell anyone about this totally awesome bit of calendar wizardry because I'd like to keep it to myself. The tool just works (makes fixing an appointment really, really easy) and links with as many calendars as you want to check for conflicts. The booking mechanism is simple and links with your own video conference provider.
