What a fantastic experience it has been for us to order our boiler last Friday and have it installed one working day later, the Tuesday after the bank holiday.

I was a little apprehensive as internet purchase can be a little hit and miss but a saving of over £600 on a quote from a local company was too good to miss.

The young engineer allocated to our install was Darren from Wigan and he was smashing. Nothing was too much trouble. He took such great care to install and check everything was working correctly. Everything was neatly done and cleared away. He was such a pleasant and polite person to have in our home that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as a credit to your company and to use him for future annual servicing inspections also.

He wouldn’t even take a tip as a thank you as pride in his work and customer satisfaction were all he wanted.
